Some gunshots and chasing cars already gives you some hype but seeing full-blown kung-fu battles with nice choreography makes you want to follow their moves and do some high kicks and strong punches. Third, this would be a good self-defense. With more practice and training, you would acquire some skills which you may apply outside. So whenever you face some assailants, your training will be put to use. You can now defend yourself with jiu-jitsu as well as those people you love.

Fourth, discipline and patience will nourish. Like mentioned above, this could be applied outside. During your trainings, you will be taught to be patient and disciplined. And as you apply it in real life, your actions will not be more reckless whenever you deal something.

Fifth, your mental condition will toughen. Sometimes panic usually take over your system when a situation appears very dangerous. But learning this will make your mentality improved. This will mend you to become more calm and at the same time alert. It also helps you to be persevere and never give up with your goals.
