Your second trimester is a safe period than other trimesters. But since your body is changing rapidly and your bump gets bigger and bigger, you should run for the win, but play only for entertainment. When you reach the last trimester, playing is no longer advisable. You are required to stay relaxed and think about your baby.

Keep in mind that if women have played tennis before, they may still continue the sports. But if not, it is advisable not to try it as much as possible. Wait for the right time you will give birth to your child and try it out later one. Also, there are more harms when you enter the final trimester but as long as you are not forcing yourself that much, there is nothing to worry about.
